In my Final Major Project, the purpose of it is to teach audiences on the topic that the documentary provides (which is Autistic Spectrum Disorder). And I do believe that throughout my performance on creating my Final Major Project; I took the shots that I needed to fulfill the Visuals purpose and the message of the documentary is clear for audiences to grasp. I used equipment like Tripods and Dollies to take the best shots or to show the best quality to show that I can use these kinds of equipment. 

 

On my final production, I think that I have achieve the best that I ever could in this visual. I know what I wanted to talk about, I know what kind of shots to take and what kind of information on the topic to give out in the video. I added the use of non-dialect background music to give more emotion to the audience back to the visuals. I added sections into the documentary: What is Autism, Personal Experiences and Aftermath. The beginning is to introduce to the topic on what "ASD" is to those who do not know what it actually is considering "ASD" can be as a confusing topic to some people. The middle is to show what my story is on the topic and the last section is how my story ended and/or continued till this very day. 

 

The strengths of this documentary are that it is based on a topic that I know personally so I know what I was talking about. The facts are correct and I added a bunch of cut away shots to the interviews to make them more interesting and to show either to prove a point on what the interviewees are stating or to show what kind of setting that they're in. 

 

If I were to redo this documentary and had to do something different then I would choose a different topic. This is simply because in the middle of editing the documentary, I did get bored of the topic that I have based the visuals on. But besides from that I would have added some more information on the documentary to back up some other information that is includes in the visual side of this Final Major Project. 

 

But in conclusion I am happy of the way that my Final major project has ended up, both photography and visual.
